THE VILLA
The villa consists of a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer, and refrigerator. There are three bedrooms (6 beds, 8 upon request), including a master suite with a private bathroom, a room with two single beds, and a room with a double sofa bed. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room upon request.
The villa has a large shared bathroom with a bathtub, a laundry room with a washing machine, a clothesline, and an iron. All rooms are equipped with independent air conditioning.
Please note that the villa can be booked as a whole, and individual rooms cannot be booked separately.

THE GOOD LIFE
Just 7 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bus (CTM - PF which stop is 600m from the villa) is the Poetto beach, famous for its bathing establishments, crystal clear sea and lively nightlife. For lovers of bird watching, 7 km away is the natural park of the Molentargius, home to the pink flamingo to admire during summer sunsets. The position of the villa allows you to easily reach Cagliari and its points of interest. The wonderful beaches of Villasimius, Mari Pintau, Solanas are about 20km away along the famous panoramic road SP17. 33km away is the "7 Fratelli" national park.
