Reserving & Refund Policy
To reserve the Villa, you will be asked to make a deposit of 1/2 of the total price of the quotation shared.
In case you decide to cancel your reservation and to claim the refund of the deposit, the cancellation communication must be sent 15 days before the date of the check in. All the requests made after 15 days before the check in date will not be eligible for refund.
Animal Friendly
By The Beach is an animal friendly facility. So do not be scared if you see 1 or 2 furry regular guests wandering around the Villa. They are all very friendly and well behaved.
